Preggoland Mamas Tampa offers non-diagnostic, elective 3D/4D and HD ultrasound services designed for bonding, keepsake, and entertainment purposes only.

In compliance with Florida law, we are required to inform all clients:

Our ultrasounds do not replace medical or diagnostic procedures provided by a licensed healthcare provider. No medical evaluation, fetal measurements, or health assessments will be made. You must be under the care of a licensed medical provider and have your pregnancy confirmed before visiting Preggoland Mamas Tampa. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you understand these services are non-medical and elective.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations:

48 hours or more notice: ✅ Eligible for free reschedule or refund of prepaid balance (minus deposit)

Less than 48 hours’ notice: ❌ Deposit will be forfeited; rescheduling may require a new deposit

No-Shows: A no-show (failing to arrive without providing any notice) will result in the loss of your deposit or the full session fee, depending on your package.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and considered a no-show. Repeat no-shows may be denied future bookings or required to prepay in full.

🔁 Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice at no cost. Any additional reschedule requests or short-notice changes may require a new deposit.

Refunds

Due to the elective nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policies:

1. Completed Sessions

No refunds are issued once an ultrasound session has taken place.

Refunds are not provided for:

Poor image quality

Fetal positioning

Unconfirmed gender

Lack of fetal cooperation

💡 Image quality and visibility may vary based on fetal position, maternal body type, amniotic fluid, gestational age, and other uncontrollable biological factors.

2. Complimentary Rescan: If clear images or gender determination cannot be achieved during your scheduled session, one (1) free rescan may be offered within 1–2 weeks, depending on gestational age and at the technician's discretion.

Rescans are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds if declined or missed.

3. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically $25–$50) is required to reserve your appointment time. Deposits are applied to your session cost but are forfeited if you cancel late or do not show up.
