Not a medical service

Our ultrasounds are elective keepsake sessions. They do not replace your prenatal care with your doctor and are not used to diagnose. Lab tests are processed by an outside laboratory; results are not a diagnosis and should be reviewed with your doctor.

Bookings and deposit

Some appointments require a $25 deposit when you book. You may change the date or time up to 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel 72 hours or more before, your $25 deposit is refunded. If you cancel less than 72 hours before, the deposit is not refunded.

Photos and videos

Your images and videos are for your personal use. The newborn gallery images belong to Yerandis Yanes and are used with permission. The content of this website may not be copied for commercial use.

Your information

We handle your information as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Responsibility

This website is provided as is. Preggoland Mamas is not responsible for failures of third-party services such as payments, messages or maps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Hillsborough County, Florida.
